Ordering, Payment, Delivery & Returns

Do you deliver to America?

Unfortunately we cannot currently process orders to America, however if you are planning a large purchase from our store feel free to email us so we can discuss the matter directly.

How soon will I get my product?

We aim to have your purchase with you within seven-fourteen days. We often use Royal Mail for your delivery however, so are at the mercy of holidays that might slow post down. Please allow another seven days on top of that before getting in contact with us concerning failed delivery.

What couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Can you get your delivery courier to leave the item in a specified place, say in my porch or shed?

Unfortunately we cannot specify this, due to security reasons. It is in your interests to ensure there will be someone at home when the package is delivered.

Can I have my item delivered to an address other than the one on my card?

You will be given the option to specify a delivery address other than your card address at the checkout, yes. You can therefore have your item delivered to a workplace or family member's house to ensure someone will receive the item.

What happens if I am not in when my item is delivered?

Depending on what courier we have used to deliver your item, you may be charged a holding fee as the item will be taken away and held for you or alternatively you may be re-charged for delivery. If you miss the delivery of your item please email us immediately.

What happens if my purchase arrives faulty or damaged?

You can see details of our returns and refunds policies on our terms pages. If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email us immediately. The damaged goods must be returned to us within seven days of the item reaching you, so be sure to email us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation.

What happens if I do not receive my product?

Allow an additional seven days from the estimated delivery time and then email us, so we can look into the matter.

What forms of payment, and what cards, will you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, Switch or Solo Debit Card via our secure PayPal payment gateway. No other form of payment is accepted.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all the prices you see in the store already include VAT, so you pay nothing extra on that price.

Do you have a way I can be informed of offers and updates?

Certainly, on your first order when you are going through the checkout, tick the box where it says 'Click here to signup for regular product and news updates from BlueZeal'. You will then receive notification of all latest offers and updates.

How do I know which type, size and style of product to choose?

Take a look at our Technical Guide pages, where we give information and helpful pointers on which items of sports equipment are the best for beginners, intermediates and experts. We also have an FAQ page dedicated to questions on product sizing, which skates to choose and other produce-related issues.

If the protection pads I buy don’t fit, when they arrive what is your exchange/return policy?

If it turns out that the pads or helmet do not fit when she tries them, we're happy to take a return, as long as the items have not been used outside. Just email us and get instructions for returning or exchanging them. We can't cover the return postage though, unless the items are faulty

If I find them the wrong size for some reason, could I get a replacement?

Certainly, if the skates are the wrong size we will take a return, we can either issue a refund or supply you with a different size. You would need to email us first to get instructions on how we would do that, before sending anything back though, and you'd need to be sure you'd not worn them outside.
